Jason manages Komatsu’s SmartConstruction and Intelligent Machine Control products. He has been involved in the strategy, design, and validation of the company’s offerings since the beginning.
“One of my greatest pleasures is connecting a customer with a developed solution—whether it be a piece of tech or a support service—and see it improve the job site,” he says.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, University of Illinois.
Professional accomplishments: Managed the launch of Komatsu’s intelligent Machine Control dozer and excavator lines into North America from the first machine five years ago to 4,000 units today.
Fun fact: Jason is an active member of the Schuhplattler Verein Edelweiss, a Chicago-based German club devoted to preserve and perpetuate Bavarian culture.
Extracurricular: Sailing, hiking with his young children
