Newest in Allied Gator's Multi-Tool MT-Series is the model MTR90shear, which is a 20,000-pound tool that can be adapted to shear, crack and crush by using the company's Quick-Change Jaw Sets. The Jaw Sets, which the company says can be changed by the operator in as little as 15 minutes, are designed to eliminate both the time-consuming chore of shaft removal and the need for hub adjustments. The jaws exert 1,500 tons of force and cycle in less than 7.5 seconds. The new tool also features the company's Power Link & Guide System that increases cutting and crushing power with every inch of closure.
