Driver killed after rear-ending backhoe loader

A driver was killed when her car struck the back of a roading backhoe-loader in Buttonwillow, California. The driver, 21-year-old Clarissa Nicole Mora, died at the scene according to a report in Taft Midway Driller.

The Deere backhoe loader was traveling at about 20 mph, according to the report. The car’s speed at the time of the accident is unknown when it hit the backhoe’s bucket.
