Terex TX860B Elite Backhoe Loader

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Terex Construction’s backhoe loader line, Terex introduced the 16,000-pound TX860B Elite backhoe loader. With a backhoe dig depth of 14 feet 8 inches, the 100-horsepower combination uses mechanical controls for the loader, while the backhoe end features pilot hydraulic controls for more excavator-like functionality.

With a backhoe dig depth of 14 feet 8 inches, the 100-horsepower combination uses mechanical controls for the loader, while the backhoe end features pilot hydraulic controls for more excavator-like functionality. Terex says its closed-center backhoe hydraulics use a flow-sharing valve to give operators smooth multi-function performance with precise control. The TX860B Elite is also designed with a pattern-change lever inside the cab, allowing operators to easily switch from SAE to ISO control patterns.
