School Expansion In San Diego

San Diego, CA – Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. announced that it has been selected as general contractor for five new buildings at the Francis Parker School in San Diego.

The $22-million expansion includes facilities for arts, music and administration, as well as a lecture building and a maintenance building. Construction of the 53,000-square-foot project began in June and is expected to be completed by October 2009. The architect is Lake/Flato Architects, Inc. HR Weatherford serves as the construction manager.

Rudolph and Sletten has completed two previous phases at the Francis Parker School, including a new science building, four new upper school classroom buildings, a new commons building, library, and two new middle school classroom buildings.
