Sakai ExactCompact System

Staff | September 28, 2010

On-board ExactCompact system enables roller operators to maintain impact spacing. The operator sets the push-button control for the desired target figure — anywhere between 8 and 20 impacts per foot — and when the machine runs, the target appears on a display, allowing the operator to reset as needed. The company says operators can learn to use the unit within minutes. The system is standard on models SW850 and SW900, and an option for model SW800, priced at $2,000.
