Tech Unlimited, Inc., the company that developed PlanSwift, has released upgraded version 8.5.
The three major features are:
- Apple iPhone® and iPod touch® integration that allows users to download files directly to their Apple mobile device for viewing in the field.
- Microsoft Office Outlook® integration allowing Outlook contact addresses to be used directly to e-mail PlanSwift files.
- Customized List Building that allows users to create custom dropdown menus to match their specific requirements (e.g. create units of measure unique to a specific industry).
Also, PlanSwift now allows integration into point-of-sales (POS) systems so suppliers are able to work with digital prints, apply materials, and then export that material list directly into their own POS system.
