    Perkins Engines completes its Tier-4-Interim/Stage-IIIB product range with the introduction of a new four-cylinder 3.4-liter engine. The 854E offers improved power and torque in a small package, and the engine's range of 60-115 horsepower allows customers to move seamlessly through power bands, Perkins says.

    Perkins Engines completes its Tier-4-Interim/Stage-IIIB product range with the introduction of a new four-cylinder 3.4-liter engine. The 854E offers improved power and torque in a small package, and the engine's range of 60-115 horsepower allows customers to move seamlessly through power bands, Perkins says. Other features include a common rail fuel injection system, smart waste-gated turbocharger, and aftercooler, all regulated by electronic controls.
