Worker Electrocuted when Raised Truck Bed Hits Power Line in Virginia

The bed of a dump truck hit a power line in Gloucester County, Virginia, electrocuting a nearby worker.

According to a witness interviewed by WAVY, electricity ignited asphalt in the truck bed as well as the ground.
