Dynapac Compaction Analyzer for Asphalt

Dynapac’s Compaction Analyzer for Asphalt (DCA-A) consists of a touch-screen PC, positioning system (normally a GPS receiver), two temperature sensors, and a connection to the roller providing information on vibration settings. The temperature sensors constantly monitor the asphalt surface temperature (the computer can calculate mat-core temperature) and it is displayed along with the pass count in real time for the operator to plan the next pass.

The DCA-A system is available factory installed or as a field-install kit on Dynapac’s CC 222-722, CS 142, CC 424-624, and CG 223-333.
