The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Gainesville, FL, has partnered with constructNet International (cNI), Phoenix, AZ, to provide online language instruction to help the construction industry bridge the language barrier between employers and employees.
The first series, Construction English for the Spanish Speaker, contains five courses covering basic terminology related to employment, employability skills, construction, and safety. It is being released throughout 2008 and 2009.
