LowRiders, the company's latest ride-on trowel, lowers the combined operator/machine center-of-gravity, which reduces wobble in the machine as operators manipulate steering levers and change direction of travel. Less wobble means flatter slabs. The LowRiders also offer a lower weight to coverage area ratio. The MK8-90 (a 6-foot machine) and MK8-120 (an 8-foot machine) weigh 628 and 661 pounds, respectively. The units are powered by 20- and 27-hp Kohler engines.
