Mauldin Precision Spray Oil Distribution System

The latest version of the Mauldin Paving Products Precision Spray Oil Distributor system features a 7-inch, LED, in-cab display that provides operating and maintenance information. When spraying, the display shows a speedometer-like digital gauge with a green arc that indicates that the distributor is moving at optimal speed, given nozzle size, application rate, and bar width selected. Optimal speed ranges are automatically calculated to assist the operator in maintaining proper spray patterns. Traveling over or under the optimal speed range will cause the dial to move into warning zones. A maintenance screen within the display illustrates a full diagnostics panel that provides status indicators of all inputs and outputs, helping reduce troubleshooting time, says the company.
