Bobcat D-Series Toolcat 5600

Sept. 28, 2010

The D-Series Toolcat 5600 utility vehicle has been upgraded with four-wheel independent suspension and revamped power train. Wheel and frame isolation of the suspension increases wheel-to-ground contact, which better absorbs shock. Specially designed suspension stops integrated into the system help maintain lifting capacity. Full-time drive system has limited slip differentials that monitor tractive effort and deliver torque to all four wheels in response to ground conditions. A power-management feature balances power distribution between attachment and drive system, automatically adjusting to match drive train and attachment requirements, Bobcat says.
