Komatsu PC160LC-8 Excavator

Tier 3 engine now powers the PC160LC-8 excavator from Komatsu. Operating weight ranges from 36,770 to 37,740 pounds. A new 7-inch LCD monitor enables operator ac- cess to five operation modes and displays maintenance tracking and rearview camera system. Radiator and hy- draulic oil cooler are mounted side by side for ease of maintenance and servicing. Komatsu’s Equipment Man- agement Monitoring System continually monitors all crit- ical excavator systems, alerting and guiding the operator should an abnormality occur. The system also tracks the preventative maintenance schedule, provides on- board tracking, and advises current required maintenance.
