Graco Inc. has introduced the electrically driven MLX system for on-road mobile automatic lubrication.
The MLX system eliminates manual lubrication and increases vehicle component life by optimizing grease distribution to critical lube points such as the king pins, tie rods, drag links, etc. It is designed specifically for use on class 3, 4 & 5 trucks and specialty vehicle chassis with 8 to 12 grease points. 12 and 24 VDC versions are available.
Integral motor, pump, timer, reservoir and distribution manifolds make installation easy with only one mounting point. All mounting hardware, electrical, pre-charged tubing and fittings are included in the kits. Two refill options give flexibility to either refill from bulk supply or use disposable grease cartridges pre-filled with NLGI#00.
