Cat customers who already have an account on parts.cat.com will find a simplified experience, and Cat Central provides enhanced security and quick access to their One Cat Account. Any user is eligible to make a purchase with Cat Central without an account, logging in as a guest.
Users can order parts that are verified to fit their machine, and a scanned QR code will allow instant access to verified-to-fit parts or save the machine for future needs. Parts support specialists are available 24/7; general support resources—including manuals and fault code descriptions—will be available at a later time.
Multiple payment and delivery options are available as well as free in-store pick up.
