Grader Has Industry-First, 11-Speed Transmission

Volvo G900 motor grader G900 motor graders have been redesigned from the ground up, Volvo says. The series of seven graders ranges in low-range net power from 155 to 225 horsepower. Operating weights range from 34,300 to 46,300 pounds. Volvo-manufactured D7 and D9 engines with V-ACT power the series, and the HTE840 direct drive, full powershift transmission is also Volvo's.
