JT922JT922 horizontal directional drill is easy to set up and operate in tight spaces, Ditch Witch says, yet still has the power for long bores. It holds up to 300 feet of pipe, and the carriage travels at 188 fpm. Rack-and-pinion thrust drive has a double rack that is welded, which prevents misalignment and distributes the load equally. Maintenance points are on one side of the machine, and the machine has no grease zerks.
