CDI to Build CMF at Fort Chaffee

CDI was the successful bidder on the Consolidated Maintenance Facility (CMF) Project at Fort Chaffee. The project consists of a 45,000-square-foot Consolidated Maintenance Facility for maintaining and repairing vehicles and other military equipment, with associated office areas, personnel areas, work and storage areas, and a 110,000-square-foot equipment storage warehouse for storage of military equipment, with associated office areas and personnel areas.

CDI was the successful bidder on the Consolidated Maintenance Facility (CMF) Project at Fort Chaffee. The project consists of a 45,000-square-foot Consolidated Maintenance Facility for maintaining and repairing vehicles and other military equipment, with associated office areas, personnel areas, work and storage areas, and a 110,000-square-foot equipment storage warehouse for storage of military equipment, with associated office areas and personnel areas.

In addition, there are four smaller buildings for maintaining and repairing Radar Fire Finder System, bulky equipment storage, controlled waste/flammable materials storage, and unheated storage.

CDI was also the successful bidder on the 90,500-square-foot Professional Education Center (PEC) GED Training Complex at Camp Robinson. The GED Training Complex consists of classrooms, administrative areas, kitchen, dining area, living facilities, and support facilities.
