Bill runs business operations for this family operation.
“One of the first things Bill spent time implementing was six company core values: Quality, Integrity, Customer Service, Communication, Satisfaction, and Longevity,” says president Bill Constantine Jr. “Our name is on every project we touch, and Bill makes sure that each job is held to the highest standard and that all six of these core values are met.”
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Eastern Connecticut State University.
Accomplishments: Growing the company over the past few years, diversifying the business and adding services to our operation.
Favorite book: “Good to Great,” by Jim Collins, which looks at how companies made great gains. The leadership and cultural changes were relatable to our business.
Extracurricular: We donate to multiple local charities including Marine Corps League Det. 40. We sponsor their “Hike to Remember,” which raises awareness for veteran suicide.
