Pressure is adjusted through cognitive electronics technology (PACE) that matches engine speed, power, and torque with air demand. The technology results in fuel savings of 15 to 20 percent, according to the company.
Compressors are powered by Caterpillar C7.1 diesel engines. It has one axle and an operating weight under 8,250 pounds. A spillage-free frame helps avoid oil, coolant, or fuel spills and provides 110 percent containment.
