Allied AMS-55

Sept. 28, 2010

Five fully rotatable rectangular blades on the Model AMS-55 mobile shear provide the maximum number of cutting edges for improved uptime and productivity. The "throat" on the bottom side of the lower jaw has a substantial taper that allows cut material to fall through. Bolt-on brackets provide interchangeability between excavators while the positioning of the lower bracket allows transportability of the shear while mounted on the excavator. The 1-inch-thick Hardox 400 wear plate resists abrasion and protects the blade bolts.
