Aercrete 625 Mixer

Sept. 28, 2010

One person can produce 100 to 270 cubic feet of foamed concrete per hour on site with the Aercrete 625 volumetric mixer. A remote control allows the operator at the end of a 70-foot delivery hose to adjust the machine’s production rate or shut the machine down. The Aercrete 625 can produce self-leveling foamed concrete with densities of half that of conventional concrete using cement, water, sand and a foaming agent such as Aercell A-7. It can also mix and place plaster, stucco and grout.
