Allentown Named Exclusive U.S. Distributor for Sika/Aliva

Allentown Shotcrete Technology, Inc., has reached an agreement for exclusive distribution of the Sika/Aliva family of wet- and dry-process shotcrete equipment to the U.S. market.

Allentown Shotcrete Technology, Inc., has reached an agreement for exclusive distribution of the Sika/Aliva family of wet- and dry-process shotcrete equipment to the U.S. market.

"Putzmeister Iberica, the company’s subsidiary in Spain, and Sika have already joined forces in a global alliance to offer concrete spraying systems such as the Sika-PM407 (pictured), Sika-PM500 and Aliva-263," notes Bill Carbeau, Putzmeister America’s director of special applications business.

Based in Baar, Switzerland, and recognized worldwide, Sika manufactures a comprehensive range of machines for wet- or dry-process shotcreting. This includes durable rotor machines, dosing units and robotic shotcreting systems that are ideal for underground construction, mining and tunneling. Allentown will stock equipment and parts to support the Sika/Aliva offering at its Pennsylvania headquarters.
