Wheel loader stolen in Maui

The Case loader was deployed for traffic control after the wildfires.

A Case 521D wheel loader has been stolen from the Hawaii Department of Transportation during recovery efforts from the wildfires there.

The Case loader was being used to set traffic control devices, according to news reports.
