Thompson Pump automatic start/stop system for hydraulic submersible pumps

Thompson Pump & Manufacturing has developed an automatic start/stop system for hydraulic submersible pumps. The new system, says Thompson, controls activation of the hydraulic circuit, while automatically adjusting the speed of the hydraulic-power unit. Benefits of the new system, says the company, include eliminating manual control of start/stop functions, needle-valve adjustments and speed adjustments.
