Terex Roadbuilding's new Remanufacturing Program offers cost-effective alternatives to purchasing new hydraulic components by making available high-performance parts remanufactured to factory-new specifications.

Every hydraulic pump and motor core that is returned for remanufacturing goes through an intense, eight-step inspection process. Each hydraulic component is fully remanufactured and performance tested to factory-new specifications using only 100 percent genuine OEM parts. Terex will replace the major wear parts in every remanufactured pump and motor: the complete seal kit; slipper retainer; valve plates; front shaft bearing; slipper retainer hold downs; charge pump bushings; rear shaft journal bearing; piston rings; T-bar inserts; and other parts as required.

A complete test program ensures the quality of the rebuilt component. All remanufactured components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 full months from the date of sale. Remanufactured hydraulic pumps and motors come installation-ready and are shipped with easy-to-follow start-up instructions, so service technicians spend less time changing the component.
