Construction Communicator™, new from Richard Sampson Associates, Inc., offers architects, contractors, construction managers and developers the option of viewing the complete schedule, as well as critical path activities and summary tasks, from within the online construction management software.

Construction Communicator is designed for building owners, contractors, architects and engineers who handle between 100 and 2,000 or more contract administration records on a typical project. It helps the AEC team collaborate more effectively by helping them manage Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawing submittals, Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), change order requests (CORs), Contractor Payment Applications (G702/G703) and similar communications.

With the optional ScheduleCom™ feature, users can view the complete schedule as well as critical path activities and summary tasks, and apply other scheduling filters including late or over-budget tasks, incomplete tasks and activities in a given date range. This means that the schedule can be shared with other team members as easily as RFIs, submittals, ASIs and the like. This sharing, and the ability to apply filters, allows users to simultaneously view the schedule, analyze the progress of the building project, and more-easily identify the impact of recent changes.
