The Vanair XERO Rapid Blow Down Tank is a manifold tank designed for underneck air compressors.

When a rotary screw air compressor is turned off, the system goes into a “Blow Down” mode for approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes to relieve air pressure, during which the system cannot be restarted. The XERO Tank eliminates that time and delivers an almost immediate restart time for compressor reengagement.

Quick air pressure release enables the operator to reengage the air compressor quickly and reduces any oil or air leak points by 60 percent.

Additionally, the XERO Tank provides up to 15 percent angle of operation from side-to-side or front to back.
