Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter Protects Against Current Leakage

Wacker's new line of premium portable generators incorporates a full-system ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) that protects all receptacles, including 120V and 240V twist-lock types. The system, says Wacker, is UL approved, meets National Electric Code requirements and monitors all outlets, tripping the main circuit breaker (which is designed to handle the total output of the unit) if current leakage is detected.
