A Fortune 500 recycled glass consumer recently announced that using recycled glass cullet in their manufacturing process reduces energy use and CO2 emissions by nearly 13%.

CEMCO first introduced VSI crusher technology to the glass recycling industry in 1993. Recycled glass cullet is used in many applications including glass bottles, ceramics, bricks, abrasive materials, golf bunker sand, water filtration and fiberglass. The T-35, T-54 and the T-70 models have throughput capacities from 1 to 175 tons per hour. VSI crushers are easily maintained, have the ability to easily separate non-glass content (paper, glue, etc.) from the glass after crushing, have easily customized product gradation, and have low energy consumption.
