Sneak Peek: Astec Telsmith Cone Crusher

Sept. 28, 2010

With an extra-coarse feed opening and the engineered ability to crush larger feed, the new Telsmith SBX cone crusher is suited for secondary crushing circuits that once required larger crushers. New internal components and crushing chamber profiles combine for an evolution in design from the popular Telsmith SBS cone crushers. Use of a Dynamic Adjust system enables remote adjustment of the SBX under load, while a large stroke-chamber-clearing system delivers safe and quick recovery from a crusher shutdown. A maintenance-free, hydraulic anti-spin system extends manganese life.
