Lincoln Electric’s Arc Tracker weld performance monitoring module provides real-time information so fabricators can track welding activities or comply with third-party records requirements.

The unit’s plug-and-play design means the Arc Tracker module can be connected to any DC welding circuit. Attaching the voltage sensing leads accesses a wide array of monitored data, including welding station, operator, welds performed, amps/volts information, percent uptime and downtime, weld fault alerts and other parameters.
