Volvo Construction Equipment has bundled all aftermarket products and services into Volvo Services, which allows customers to combine them into packages that meet individual needs. Volvo Services includes nine categories of products and services, ranging from attachments to machine-management.

New Volvo machines come with a new standard package of services. The standard package includes the standard Volvo warranty, four years of free CareTrack telematics service, and one free year of ActiveCare Direct machine monitoring and reporting. It also includes a Smart Commercial Account for convenient parts, service, attachments and rentals financing; a fuel efficiency guarantee; access to 24/7 parts online; Volvo Care Inspection services; and a 24-hour parts guarantee in the U.S. (48 hours in Canada and Hawaii).

Customers may also create additional service packages, choosing from among offerings grouped into nine categories.

The nine categories, with example services, are:

  • Uptime: ActiveCare Direct, repair and maintenance services, and the Lifetime Frame and Structure Warranty.
  • Fuel Efficiency: Fuel Efficiency Guarantee and Engine Auto Shut Down.
  • Productivity: Load Assist and Dig Assist.
  • Safety: Volvo Smart View and Speed Limiter.
  • New Life: Remanufactured components.
  • Genuine Volvo Parts.
  • Volvo Attachments.
  • Financial.
  • Rental.
