[VIDEO] Team Responsible for Dallas Crane Collapse Cited 17 Times in Past Decade

Over the past decade, OSHA has cited the Bigge Crane and Rigging Co., the owner of the crane that collapsed in Dallas on Sunday, with 17 safety violations, according to a report on CBS Local.

CBS identified the crane as a Terex Peiner SK 415, designed for winds of 95 miles per hour. CBS said the wind speed at the time of the collapse was between 75 and 80 mph.
