The seventh annual Under 40 in Construction Equipment Awards recognize young people who are having a current positive effect on the industry and have the potential to bring even more to the future.
This year, 22 young people join the ranks as the Class of 2019. Honorees are all under the age of 40, and represent the exciting potential existing within the heavy-equipment industry. To date, we’ve honored 123 young people.
The Under 40 Awards are open to all disciplines across construction equipment, not only those who own and manage fleet assets, but also their staffs, distributors, manufacturers, and others who support the equipment-management team.
In choosing our 22 winners this year, we looked for the following qualities and characteristics: leadership skills, inventiveness, interpersonal skills, training, dedication, personal integrity, technical skills, and industry and community involvement.
