Under 40 Class of 2016

April 25, 2016

For the fourth consecutive year, Construction Equipment recognizes young talent in the equipment industry with its Under 40 in Construction Equipment awards.

These young people, all under the age of 40 as of the end of 2016, represent exciting potential for the future of heavy equipment.

The Under 40 Awards are open to all disciplines across construction equipment, not only those who own and manage fleet assets, but also their staffs, distributors, manufacturers and others who support the equipment-management team.

We honor those who have managed fleets around the world, those preparing to manage, young business owners, and some who are changing the way fleets are managed.

In choosing our 14 winners this year, we looked for the following qualities and characteristics: leadership skills, inventiveness, interpersonal skills, training, dedication, personal integrity, technical skills, and industry and community involvement.

During the coming months, we’ll profile some of these winners that show particular promise. Those profiles, as well as those of previous winners, are available at ConstructionEquipment.com/Under40.
