The line of compact track loaders is complete, Case says, with the addition of the 420CT and 440CT, rated at 56 and 82 horsepower, respectively. As with others in the line, the new models have dozer-style undercarriage with an angled track frame and material scrapers. Steel-embedded tracks roll on rubber instead of steel, and the Rexroth drive motor has an oversized bearing in line with the drive sprocket to keep material out. Operators can perform daily maintenance checks and tasks from a single point. Estimated list prices start at $40,000.
