Top 100: Excellent Cab Ingress/Egress

The Ford F650/750 medium/heavy-duty vehicles are the first products of the Blue Diamond joint venture between Ford and International. Three factory-produced cab types are available: Regular Cab, class 6–7 exclusive four-door Super Cab, and full-four-door Crew Cab. It features a low-profile cab, claiming the lowest ground-to-top-of-cab height in the Class 6/7 market, offering a lower center of gravity and excellent cab ingress/egress. According to Ford, it's the only manufacturer to offer three diesel engine families—Power Stroke, Caterpillar C7, and Cummins ISB. Manual transmissions with 5, 6, 7 or 10 speeds and 5- or 6-speed Allison automatics are offered. Estimated list price: $44,150 to $59,200.
