Bachman left a successful political career to join his father-in-law’s Kubota dealership in 2006 as director of business development, sales, and marketing. During his tenure, he has updated all of the facilities, grown the business almost 400 percent, and “hired a first-class team,” according to his business coach.
“Todd never came in as the know-it-all, entitled guy,” says Nancy Proffitt, Proffitt Management Solutions. “He presented himself as servant leader anxious to develop himself, grow as a business person, learn from others, and lead others by leading himself first.”

Professional accomplishments: All three FCE locations have been awarded Kubota Elite Status. Named to the Kubota Tractor Corp. Circle of Excellence three years in a row. Established Kubota Compact Construction Equipment as a market leader in South Florida.
Fun fact: Worked for the Republican National Committee as the special assistant to the chairman, Ed Gillespie. During that time I traveled to 38 states working with regional political, financial, and communications professionals.
