Terex E275P Portable Asphalt Plant Batching and Mixing PlantsTerex Roadbuilding’s super-portable Terex E275P asphalt plant with counterflow drum mixer can produce up to 275 tons per hour and can be moved in only five loads. Fewer connections than traditional portable plants and no-crane set-up allow the E275P to be transported and completely set up over a weekend. Producers can choose a Hauck 96.8 million BTU SJ520 or 100 million BTU ESII burner to heat aggregate. Terex says the drum can make various mix designs, including Stone Matrix Asphalts and Superpave, and its counterflow design can run higher percentages of RAP than parallel flow drums while remaining within environmental compliance.

Designed as dedicated haul-and-dump vehicles, the 6-ton Terex site dumpers (models TA6 and TA6s) have a power train that combines a 74-horsepower Tier 4-Final JCB EcoMAX engine with hydrostatic drive.

Weighing in at 3,800 and 6,450 pounds, respectively, the new Terex TC16 and TC29 compact excavators have rated digging depths of 7 feet 3 inches and 9 feet 10 inches.
