Takeuchi TB1140 hydraulic excavator

Weighing in at 31,370 pounds, the TB1140 hydraulic excavator is now the largest model in the company's range. This 15-ton, 83.4-hp machine has a dig depth of 18 feet with its offset swing boom and a dump height of 20.4 feet. The TB1140 has both a primary and a secondary auxiliary-hydraulic system, and the systems use push-button or thumb-actuated proportional controls in the joysticks. A new two-speed travel system monitors ground conditions and automatically shifts up or down as conditions dictate.
