    Stellar Industries Acquires K-PAC

    Stellar Industries Inc., an Iowa-based, employee-owned worldwide producer of hook hoists, truck cranes and service truck accessories has announced its agreement to acquire K-PAC Solid Waste Handling Equipment Division of Krause Corporation. The sale will consist of the entire product offering under the K-PAC name, which includes tarpers, hooklifts, cable roll-offs, container handlers and compaction products.
