Ritchie Bros. said 2Q 2015 revenue was up 10 percent compared to 2014, to US$155.5 million. Earnings for the quarter were up 20 percent to US$46.4 million. Both figures set company records for quarterly results, it said.
For the first half of 2015, revenue was US$271.1 million, up 13 percent to 2014. Earnings were US$70 million, up 32 percent.
“Every business unit contributed positively to our results, including EquipmentOne and Ritchie Bros. Financial Services,” said CEO Ravi Saligram. “The strength of our performance has given us the confidence to provide our shareholders with a 14 percent increase in our quarterly cash dividend, which raises our dividend to 16 cents per share.”
