Language requiring the approval of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline will likely be excluded from the final version of a transportation-funding bill, said Rep. Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., who is part of a joint House-Senate panel seeking to strike a compromise over the measure.

The Hill's E2 Wire blog is reporting that while the current House version of the bill includes Keystone, the Senate version does not.
