Powerscreen Chieftain 2100X Crushing and Screening PlantsAn upgrade from the Chieftain 2100, the new 2100X screening plant from Powerscreen has a 14-percent greater bottom deck screen area for greater processing capability. Setting up reading to run in less than 30 minutes, the Caterpillar-powered Chieftain 2100X features an adjustable, high-amplitude, two-bearing screen action, which can expose material to varying amplitudes and G-force. This helps separate processed material into various required specifications. In addition, the hydraulic screen angle adjustment permits the material travel rate over the screen deck to vary, ensuring the cleanest product in the most difficult applications. When not in use, the oversize auxiliary stockpile conveyor hydraulically folds and transports with the Chieftain 2100X, which is available as a two- or three-deck unit.
