Pennsylvania's 12-year Highway Plan Funding Down

Though Pennsylvania plans to spend $41.6 billion to develop its transportation infrastructure over the next 12 years, that's nearly 20 percent less than it planned two years ago, a State Transportation Commission report says.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that 200 deficient bridges will be repaired each year, despite 300 bridges being called "deficient" on a yearly basis.
