The OSHA investigation of the death of a 70-year-old man trapped and killed in a piece of construction equipment continues.

Manuel Estela Aquino was an employee at Art's Equipment Rental in Sharonville, Ohio. The incident is being investigated as an accident by the Sharonville Police Department. Police from Sharonville said that an investigation would not be complete without the coroner's report -- due in about six to eight weeks.

"It'll take a few weeks to get the report together since this was a fatality," said Bill Wilkerson, area director for Cincinnati's OSHA chapter. "We will be making sure that the reports are all consistent."
