OSHA Answer Books Available

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is offering its "The OSHA Answer Book" series, which offers plain English explanations of all the OSHAs standards and compliance requirements. Now in its 8th edition, these books clarify what employers need to do in order to comply with safety and health regulations, including training, recordkeeping and reporting requirements. The series includes "The OSHA Answer Book", "The OSHA Training Answer Book," and "The OSHA Recordkeeping Answer Book."

With over 100,000 copies sold, "The OSHA Answer Book" features comprehensive explanations of all OSHA regulations and standards in an easy to understand format that covers everything employers need to know about OSHA.

"The OSHA Training Answer Book" is designed to provide information on how to establish an effective training program and provide information on what employers need to know about OSHA training requirements. This book will help employers decide when workers are to be provided OSHA mandated training, including fire extinguishers, emergency procedures, hazardous chemicals, personal protective equipment, and all of OSHAs other training requirements.
